Specify the Printer Browser Timeout (Windows NT/2000/XP) Category: Home > Hardware > Printers and Plotters
This setting is used to specify the time a network printer should remain in the browse list before it is removed.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NetPrinterDecayPeriod' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
