Specify Response Mode for Multi-Adapter Computers (Windows 95/98/Me) Category: Home > Network > Protocols > WINS
For a computer with multiple network adapters, this setting specifies whether to send all IP addresses on a name query request from WINS.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value (or string value for Windows 98) called "SingleResponse" and set it to equal "1" to send only one address is a name response or "0" to send all addresses.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
