|Remove the Tildes in Short Filenames (Windows 95/98/Me)|

When long filenames are shown in an application that only supports short filenames a tilde "~" is used to convert the long name into a compatible short name. This setting removes the use of tildes.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NameNumericTail' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
