Disable the Lock Workstation Button (Windows NT/2000/XP) Category: Home > Security > Login and Authentication
Add this setting to the registry to stop unauthorized users from locking machines from the Windows Security dialog box.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'DisableLockWorkstation' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
Note: This functionality requires Windows NT Service Pack 4 or higher or Windows 2000.
