Hide the User Profiles Page (Windows 95/98/Me) Category: Home > Security > Control Panel > Passwords
The user profile page controls whether all users share or have separate user profiles, access to this page can be disabled by enabling this setting.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NoProfilePage' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
