Disable Storage of Credentials and .NET Passwords (Windows XP) Category: Home > Security > System
This setting controls the storage of authentication credentials and .NET
passwords on the local system. By disabling this feature, passwords will not be stored.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'DisableDomainCreds' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
