Set the Temporary Attachment Directory for Outlook (All Windows) Category: Home > Software > Microsoft Office > Outlook
When you open an attachment in an Outlook the temporary attachment file is created in a known folder, this may present a possible security problem. This tweak allows you to change the temporary directory used for storing attachments.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new String value, or modify the existing value called 'OutlookSecureTempFolder' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
