Disable Encryption for Files Copied to a Server (Windows 2000)

This tweak allows you to prevent Encrypting File System (EFS) files from being copied to a server in an encrypted format. This provides the ability to share files on a central server in an unencrypted state.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new String value, or modify the existing value called 'NtfsEncryptionService' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
Note: You may want to have files in an encrypted state by using the Windows Encrypting File System (EFS) feature, such as on a laptop computer, while still having the ability to copy these files in an unencrypted state to a central server to share with other users.
