Connect to Unicode Addresses with Internet Explorer (All Windows) Category: Home > Software > Internet Explorer > Network and Connections
This setting allows you to control whether Internet Explorer should be able to connect to sites that use multibyte characters in the URL. This is useful when connecting to some foreign language sites.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'MBCSServername' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
