Disable Changes to Task Run Command (Windows 2000/Me/XP) Category: Home > Windows > Accessories > Task Scheduler
This setting restricts changes to the run command and disables the Browse button in the Task Scheduler properties.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'Allow Browse' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
